The textual records include files containing academic performance comments and observations of student behavior dated between 1994-1996 as well as nine journals that contain notes about the academic performance of students and recordings of daily events and activities at Grollier Hall. The notes and journals were kept by Grollier Hall supervisors. The photographs are from 1977-1993 and depict Grollier Hall students, activities and class trips. The 12 videocassettes depict activities and dances at Grollier Hall, drum dances, the 1988 Carnival and the 1993 year end awards banquet. The audiocassette is a recording of the 1990 Graduation at Grollier Hall.
