Gene Rheaume [Group with hockey sticks under tail of Canadian Pacific airplane CP-PWA, Wayne Jeske, David Valcour?][Rheaume arranged for the donation of used hockey sticks to the YK Junior Hockey League. They came from the Toronto Maple Leafs. [Four adults holding cheque][“The Yellowknife Association for Retarded Children [Jack Adderley] is being presented with two cheques. Heidi Hoeffer (Hoefer), treasurer of the D.M.S. (Daughters of the Midnight Sun) with a cheque for two hundred dollars, and John Millen, secretary-treasurer of the Discovery Mine Rec Club – donating the proceeds of a Klondike Night- three hundred and forty dollars. Dennis Mackie is publicity chairman.
