Policy files include Water/Sewer Service Subsidy Policy on the Sale of Staff Housing, Garbage Services Subsidized Policy, Land Development Policy, and Municipal Involvement in Non-Municipal Activities. Land Claims records relate to Devolution, Community Infrastructure Transfers (Devolution) and Recovery of Land files (includes Hay River Reserve). Reports and studies include an annotated copy of the Community Financial Administration Manual final draft, Community Government Report, Water and Sanitation, Water Efficiency Study, Hazardous Waste Management Report, and a Traffic Survey Report.
