There appear to be several discernable sets of records, of varying levels of completeness, belonging to the central filing system: ca. 1970s, C-series ca. 1980s, 1991/92, 1994/95, 1995/96, 1996/97, 1997/98, 1998/99, and 1999/00. These sets have been maintained or reconstructed by the Archivist as much as possible and the sets arranged in chronological order. A final set of administrative records, which was gathered by the Archivist, particularly from boxes of miscellaneous files, is arranged to mirror the central file plan and is found at the end of the series.
