One folder consisting of 1 cm of text, a keynote address given by Dennis Patterson to the 30th Annual meeting of the Canadian Commission for UNESCO. The address briefly touches on subjects such as: economics of the north, demographics and environmental concerns; however, the primary focus of the address is traditional knowledge, the preservation of aboriginal languages and the relationship that aboriginal people have with the land.
