The textual records include reports on the history of the building, its condition before and after the renovation, and the renovation work itself. The blueprints document the specifications for the renovation project. The majority of the photographs document the building itself; there are also copies of photographs of people in the community.

The report contained an architectural and structural analysis of the building, as well as recommendations for renovations. The report also contains an appendix with 58 scanned photographs showing the condition of the interior and exterior of the church before renovations were undertaken. Report submitted by Larrie Taylor Architect Ltd.

27 typewritten pages of translated notes by Gaston Carriere, o.m.i. on the construction of the Fort Good Hope Chapel in the 1800s. He recorded information about the history of the church and commented on the structure, decoration and architecture of the building.
